This page explains how we work together, how payments
are made, and who ships what. Feel free to call us if you
have any additional questions.

How does the process work?
Here are the steps that we will follow together once you've
decided to use our automated mailing service.

We'll need a description or some samples of your
mail piece…things like height, width, weight, how many pages thick, how it's folded, and how the face is printed. This will influence your postage.

If you already have your own address list, the first step is to
send it to us. We prefer that you give us a tab/comma-delimited text file, but we can work with pretty much any Windows-based
file…Act, Works, Excel, Dbase, Paradox, FoxPro, and more.
You can drop it off, mail it to us, or send it as an e-mail
attachment. If you are nearby, we can arrange to pick it up.

We will process your address list on our computers. This will
CASS certify and pre-sort your list, making it eligible for the
lowest postage rates. At this point, we can give you a
preliminary estimate for our service and the postage.

If you haven't already printed your mailers, now is an excellent
time for you (or your designer and or printer) to review our
"Tips for designing trouble-free mail". If you follow these
guidelines, you will save money and aggravation, and your mail
will get processed and delivered faster with less chance of it
crumpling in transit.

Once your mailers are printed, they need to be delivered to us.
Normally, this means having your printer ship it straight to our
location. If you are nearby. We can arrange to pick it up.

When we have a stack of your mailers in hand, we'll notify you
of any changes to the preliminary estimate. Once you have our
firm price, you can either mail or call us to pay by MasterCard or Visa. You make one payment to us for our services made payable to "Stuff-N-Mail" and a second payment, which is for the postage, to be made payable to the "Postmaster" for the actual postage cost. We will then pay the post office with your check.

NOTE: We MUST have both payments before we mail any
material. Or until we have established a line of credit.

We will process your mail as soon as we receive your printing.
Our goal is to finish all but the largest jobs within 48 business
hours.

When we finish processing your mail, we will deliver it to the
post office and pay the postage.

Finally, we will send you a paid copy of the invoice along with
the original postage receipts for your records.
